30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a refund.

If the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase, we will issue the refund.

How to start a return
To start a return, please contact us first at contact@zadinia.us. We will then send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Note: Products returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
We cover the cost of return shipping and you will receive a full refund.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect products
We ask that you inspect your item when your order is delivered. If there are any defects, damage, or errors, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or a refund.

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
